Folks,
Your Community Association Board has been busy progressing several projects that were highlighted in recent community meetings. Here's a quick update on some of the work that is happening:
FireSmart Debris Bin
The FireSmart Debris Bin has been very popular again this year. The bin will be removed for the winter at the end of October. Please make use of it until then.
Garbage Shed Lock
The new lock will be installed late in the week of October 11. It will be activated at a future date that will be announced.
The unlock code will be communicated to the community members well in advance of locking the door.
Please stay tuned to this space for future updates.
Community AED
The proposal is for the AED to be installed near the 4-way stop at Castlestone Blvd and Ledgerock Ridge/Lakeview Rise. The Board continues to work with the DOI to finalize electrical design to supply power to the device.

| CastleRock Hits the Links: A Spectacular Day at Copper Point! |

On August 29, 2026, the CastleRock community gathered for an unforgettable day of camaraderie and competition at our recent golf tournament. Thirty-one enthusiastic participants took to the pristine fairways of the Ridge Course at Copper Point, bringing their best energy and a healthy dose of community spirit.
A truly fantastic time was had by all. The team at Copper Point Golf outdid themselves, presenting the course in spectacular shape and serving up a truly fantastic post-round meal that left everyone raving. While the day showcased some seriously impressive golf skills on the greens, the post-game festivities revealed that many of us might need a bit more practice when it comes to our cornhole skills! The laughs shared over the lawn games capped off a perfect summer afternoon. A massive thank you goes out to the CastleRock Events Committee for their hard work in planning, organizing, and executing such a flawless event. We already cannot wait to do it all over again next yea  r! |
